Postage

All our items include the benefit of FREE postage. To help maintain our competitive pricing:

Orders up to 1 Kg are usually sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
Orders between 1 Kg and 4 Kg are usually sent Royal Mail standard parcels.
Orders over 4 Kg are usually sent using 48 hour courier service.
Due to Royal Mails 'pricing in proportion' policy some orders may be sent as multiple packages.
In all instances we shall decide upon the most appropriate shipping method.
*Free post: There may be an additional charge for delivery to remote areas (eg Scottish Highlands etc), Northern Ireland, Channel islands etc especially, but not exclusively, for orders over 4kg that require courier delivery. Please Contact us with your postcode if you are unsure.

We are happy to ship orders within the European Union. All our products have a European Airmail Shipping (EAS) cost attached to them. Click the EAS button to view/add the shipping charge to your basket.

Handling / Dispatch

We aim to ship all paid orders received before 9pm by the end of the next working day. We reserve the right to delay dispatch if postal services are disrupted due to industrial action, bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will however always keep you informed if there is likely to be a delay.
