Payment , Discount codes, Returns & Refunds

All usual forms of payment are accepted. Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, Cheques, Postal orders, Cash. 

Credit and debit card payments are handled by Google and Paypal.

Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment/cleared funds.

Postal Orders are treated as cash.

Cheques payable to S A Smith.

DISCOUNT CODES

 Discounts codes can be supplied for purchases over £100 which can be a single product or a combination of sizes and quantities.

 

Please contact us stating the quantity and sizes you intend to purchase, we can then issue an individual code which you can use at checkout.

 

If you find the product you have purchased is not suitable then simply return it within 7 working days for a refund. The product must be returned in full and in an unused and saleable condition.

If in the unlikely event that you should find we have supplied defective or incorrect goods then again simply return them for a full refund including the return postage.

Please contact us immediatly if you need to return an item.

 

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned goods . A 10% restocking fee may apply to goods returned as 'not required'. A pro-rata charge will be applied if the full quantity is not returned.

Refunds for defective or incorrectly supplied goods will be issued upon receipt of goods and return postage costs will also be refunded.
